The trading consulting team is in charge of delivering proactive personalized support to our clients in the Capital Markets industry.
Murex trading consultants provide tailored solutions to our clients throughout pre-sales, implementation and product support.

ミューレックスのトレーディングコンサルタントチームは、金融機関のフロントオフィス業務をサポートするために、個々の顧客向けに最適なカスタマイズを施したプロダクト及びサービスを提供します。
ミューレックスのコンサルタントは、プリセールス・実装プロジェクト・保守を通じて、個々のクライアントニーズに沿ったソリューションを提供します。
Role Accountabilities:
- Serve as the front office functional expert during implementation of Murex system including gathering of requirements and performing configuration & test.
- Provide technical support after implementation (for level 2 and above support)
- Provide training to partners, users on Murex system functionality
- Participate in pre-sales activities (preparing materials, presentation support etc.)
担当業務：
- 顧客企業がミューレックスプラットフォームを導入するにあたり、フロントオフィス機能担当のエキスパートとして、顧客企業のビジネスニーズを把握し、ソリューションを提案する。
- ミューレックスプラットフォームが顧客のビジネスニーズに沿うよう、コンフィギュレーション及びアセスメントを行う。
- 実装後、適宜顧客IT部門またはフロントオフィスユーザーに対して技術的なサポートを提供する。
- 顧客・パートナー会社にミューレックスプラットフォームの機能について説明・操作の指導をする。
- フロントオフィス機能について、プリセールス活動をサポートする（資料作成・デモ等）。
Ideal Candidate would be:
- Strong interest and/or basic knowledge in capital market business & products
- Business experience in Front/Middle Office, or IT, or Treasury/Finance/Accounting at Financial Institutions preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced user)
- Basic understanding of UNIX/LINUX and SQL is highly advantageous
- Effectively bilingual in English and Japanese (business level)
- Savvy with numbers and ability to manage complex numerical data
- Excellent consultative skills to understand client’s business problems and investigate the root causes
- Problem-solving mind-set
- Logical thinker and ability to present/explain ideas and concepts coherently
- Ability to deal independently and possess agility to deal with ambiguity
- Attentive to details and ability to work well in diverse teams with different styles and cultures.

- キャピタルマーケットビジネスとその商品への、強い興味及び/または基本的な知識を有する
- 金融機関においてフロントまたはミドルオフィス、ITでの業務経験またはそれらを学習する熱意がある（金融機関での財務・経理経験も可）
- 数字の複雑なデータを扱う能力を有する
- Microsoft Excelに堪能であること（マクロは不要だが、上級であること）
- 英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル以上である
- 問題解決志向で、高いコンサルテーションスキルを持ち、顧客の問題を理解し根本的な原因を探る能力がある
- ロジカルにものを考え、それを明快に説明できる
- 混沌とした状況の中でも柔軟に対応し、自律的に物事を進められる
- 細部にも注意が行き届き、マルチカルチャーのチームの中でも円満に業務を遂行できる
- Unix/Linux及びSQLの基礎知識があれば尚可
- 金融工学・コンピュータサイエンス・数学・経済いずれかの学士以上が望ましい
