Solution for Customisation team is in charge of incorporating the Murex software into the Information System frameworks of our Capital Markets customers.

Throughout the lifecycle of the product, from pre-sales support to implementation as well as training and product support, Murex S4C consultants are our clients' trusted IT partners.

They deliver innovative solutions and provide state-of-the-art recommendations and advice to the clients such as interface design, data mart, reporting, and market data.  Also publishing of API is this domain’s responsibility.  Our expertise enables flexibility to accommodate various business needs (not limited to pure technical solution) from each of our clients.

 

Job responsibilities

 
Based on your expertise in Murex Reporting solution, Interface design, Market Data and general knowledge of the Murex platform,

  • Participation in implementation projects, delivery of interfaces for electronic communication network (for example, online trading platform), clearing systems, customer’s internal systems (e.g. core banking) and trade migrations
  • Participation in implementation projects, delivery of data mart designs, extractions and reports
  • Provide in-depth technical support to customers through phone, customer portal and on-site visits
  • Ensure successful follow up of client cases, from notification to resolution and validation
  • Participate in the Murex solution enrichment process by reporting issues and suggestions to the development center
  • Possibly in charge of one or several accounts, pro-actively ensures customer satisfaction and follow-up on the interfacing related activities
  • Provide trainings to customers and integration partners
  • Deliver support to pre-sales activities

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Minimum qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, another technical field or equivalent experience
  • Recent graduate or 1 to 5 years of business experience
  • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system
  • Familiar with software design and development cycle (user requirements, specifications, development, tests and documentation)
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and troubleshooting ability
  • Language requirements: Japanese: fluent, English:  reading comprehension at the beginning (expected to participate in online meeting in near future)

 

  1. Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience presenting and delivering technical presentations
  • Experience working with either any one of the following toolings:
    • ETL Tools
    • Business Intelligence Tool
    • Data Warehouse
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Qlik …)
  • Experience working with a Data Lake or a Data Warehouse
  • Experience programming and scripting using any one of the languages like Java, C#, Javascript, shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, etc
  • Language requirements: Korean: fluent, English:  fluent
