Report to: Team Manager, Ops Team
Job:
- Work as a functional expert during Implementation of Murex system i.e. Gathering requirements, performing configuration & test (binary development is done at our Paris developer team.) Responsible functionality: back office at banks.
- Technical support after implementation (No on-site support. Level 2/above support is done by Murex)
- Training to partners, users on Murex system functionality
- Cooperation to pre-sales activities (materials, presen support)

- Logical thinker, logical explanation
- Excellent consultation skills to find out the root cause in client’s business issue
- Attentive to details
- Teamworker in cross-team culture
Required business skills:
- The job requires both Japanese and English. Either of them must be native equiv. and the other to be business level
Nice-to-have technical knowledge:
- Basic understanding of banks’ business flow
- Excel
- UNIX/LINUX basic usage knowledge (command not necessary)
- SQL basic
Personal attribute required:
- Strong interest and/or basic knowledge in capital market business & products
- Flexible to deal with ambiguity
- Problem-solving mind-set (not only technical matters, consultation mind-set for client’s business issues)
- Autonomy
Business & educational background (nice-to-have):
- Bachelor/above (Master preferable)
- If New grad: Fin engineering, Computer science, finance, math, economy
- Business experience at one of the following:
- IT support for Treasury/Finance/Accounting at financial institutions
- System integrator or vendor for bank systems (capital market preferred than core banking)
