The S4C (Solution for Customisation) team is accountable for incorporating the Murex software into the information system frameworks of our Capital Markets customers.
Throughout the lifecycle of the product, from pre-sales support to implementation as well as training and product support, Murex S4C consultants are our clients' trusted IT partners.
We deliver innovative solutions and provide state of the art recommendations and advice. Part of the S4C team, the Reporting team manages the reporting solutions of Murex including data mining, data extraction and business intelligence functionalities. This role will cover some or all of activities listed below depending on seniority level.
- Develop expertise in Murex reporting solutions and general knowledge of the platform
- Provide functional and technical support (phone, email, CRM, on-site) to customers, ensuring successful follow up of issues from notification to resolution and validation
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as Front Office, Operation and Finance, Enterprise Risk Management teams, and etc. from daily support to project implementation
- Participation in projects implementation, including assisting client reporting database design to produce reports such as profit and loss reports for traders, accounting reports for bank accounting system and etc.
- Liaise with development center to continuously enrich Murex solution provided to the financial market
- Deliver customers' and partners' training
- Provide active contribution to pre-sales activities
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor of Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in Unix, windows OS, able to develop scripting/batch files.
- Experience in software design and development cycle (user requirement, specification, development, test and documentation)
Desirable:
- GIT or other version control tool
- PL/SQL
- Good understanding of capital market products
- Experience of client support and project implementation.
