The Instance Life Cycle (ILC) department hosts all Murex’s service activities, including both professional and managed services.


The Service Offering Management domain within ILC is in charge of managing Murex service offerings, defining and promoting new services, continuously improving existing service offerings and working in collaboration with Corporate Strategy on global services innovations.


To implement our service strategy, we are looking to hire a Service Offering Lead, to define, develop and improve Murex professional services standards and promote their homogeneous adoption.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Define, promote and continuously enrich the value proposition of the service offerings to help Business Units, Business Development and Presales teams to articulate such values to our clients
  • Define and continuously enhance the delivery methodology of the service offerings incl. operating model, artefacts and tools
  • Closely collaborate with Project Management/ Architecture domains within ILC, as well as Functional and Technical domains to promote the methodology adoption incl. trainings, on-boarding programmes etc
  • Define and monitor operational health KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the services
  • Drive the capitalization process to improve the Murex offering and trigger new initiatives
  • Lead the Service Offering community in APAC for the execution of initiatives and/or capitalization
  • Communicate to Business Units, Functional and Technical Domains, Business Development, Presales and Marketing in APAC to regularly update on upgrade related initiatives and ensure an effective feedback loop
  • Contribute to the Service Offer domain globally through (i) close collaboration with Service Offer leads in EMEA and AMER and (ii) participation to internal initiatives


As an active member of the ILC Domain, you will also need to contribute to the delivery activities of the upgrade services:

  • Participate in presales execution e.g. RFPs, service proposal preparation
  • Participate in pilot projects to field test the methodology and lead the capitalization exercise



To fulfill this role, we are looking at the following profile:


Experience / Knowledge / Hard Skills

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in areas of service offering management
  • Experience in software related services and/or solutions provider is preferred
  • Solid experience on complex project or service offering implementations
  • Very good knowledge of project delivery methodologies
  • Working knowledge of corporate processes and experience in team management (actual or virtual team) incl. activity planning, capacity planning, timeline and priority management
