Job Description:
- Handle MOM work pass (Employment Pass, S Pass) related applications and renewals
- Handle submission of government-paid claims, e.g. Childcare leave, Paternity Leave etc.
- Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, exit docs, etc
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative work, e.g. timely update of employees’ leave applications, insurance claims, etc
- Assist in travel bookings
- General administrative support, reception work (when necessary), etc
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Must have:
- Minimum 3 years of HR-Admin related experience
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Organised, Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications, good knowledge of excel
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship
- Team player and able to multi-task
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
