Role Overview:

As a student intern, he/she will be given training on internal tools and business concepts. Following that, they will be assigned to work with teams. The assignments will evolve and vary based on the intern’s ability. However, basic assignments will involve Tracking, learning, supporting internal tools, and contributing to business presentation preparation.


Time Tracking, Reporting

  • - Follow-up to ensure timely submission of consultant time; reduce delay and modification (for billing and budgeting purposes)
  • - Learn and suggest ideas to improve project validation processes; timely amendments of time
  • - Provide project managers with monthly validation reports for analysis and visibility on invoicing progress

Project Pipeline Gatekeeper

  • Maintain an up-to-date services pipeline for better visibility; ensure pipeline information is complete
  • Learn and provide user support to the tool (Sharepoint) that is used for file archival

Contribute to team (CSO) processes

  • Prepare presentations for regular meetings
  • Participate in global CSO initiatives; participate in regular meetings

Program Duration:

  • Our program duration is 6 months to 12 months

To be successful in the role, you should possess:

  • Penultimate or final year Bachelor’s Degree students studying STEM subjects
  • Curiosity and the ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts
  • A highly developed and keen sense of teamwork
  • The highest standards of integrity and honesty
  • Technical knowledge :
    • Knowledge of database
    • Knowledge on MS Office: Mastery of Excel required, Powerpoint, SharePoint
