Role Overview:

As a student intern, you will be given two weeks of training on technology as well as business concepts. Following that, you will be assigned to the Client Services Operations team. The Client Services Operations team is responsible for tracking effort, budget, staffing, and capacity for all the projects Murex is conducting with its clients in the region. The assignments will evolve and vary based on the intern’s ability. Basic assignments will involve automation of the process, technical support, and documents to improve efficiency and productivity. We are looking for curious and creative technical talents, always on the lookout for smarter ways of working, leveraging technology. The heart of the mission is to take ownership of all the business automation already done within the team, document it, enrich it and optimize it. You will also work closely with the Murex Information Systems team, located in Europe. Additionally, you will provide proximity technical support to CSO and assist in building further automation to increase the productivity of the team.



Program Duration:

  • Our program duration is 6 - 12 months

To be successful in the role, you should possess:

  • Penultimate or final year Bachelor’s Degree students studying STEM subjects
  • Curiosity and the ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts
  • A highly developed and keen sense of teamwork
  • The highest standards of integrity and honesty
  • Analytical mind and a keen interest in problem-solving
  • Technical knowledge requested:
    • Basic knowledge of databases
    • Knowledge in Scripting skills:
      • Python programming (familiarity with Pandas is a bonus)
      • Visual Basic (Excel macro programming)
      • AutoHotKey
      • PowerShell and Windows scripting
    • Knowledge on MS Office: Mastery of Excel required, Powerpoint, SharePoint
