Your missions/What you’ll do ?  

 

Working as part of the Marketing Communications team, you will support the Event Manager in the organization and delivery of over 60 digital and physical events annually.

 

Physical events 

  • Ownership of maintaining the event watch list for new events, as well as the event calendar

  • Negotiation of event contracts with industry suppliers

  • Drafting of event related RFP’s  (booths, venue rentals, catering etc)

  • Sourcing suitable event venues for Murex led events (globally)

  • Coordination of logistics with event organizers and external suppliers

  • Tracking of budgets, processing invoices and event related expenses

  • Compiling and publishing event feedback & reports from attendees / dashboard / surveys

  • Collaboration for event related website updates, coordinating social media presence, 

  • Preparation of event-related email campaigns (invitations, landing pages, discount codes, book a meeting…)

 

Digital events 

  • Preparation and execution of digital event campaigns including invitation creation, landing pages, cross tool campaign lists, reporting

  • Support of webinar console and event set up

  • Assist with presentation assets for digital events (PPT)

  • Compiling and publishing event feedback & reports from attendees / dashboard / surveys

  • Collaboration for event related website updates and coordinating social media presence with on the ground teams as needed

 

 

Stock and order management

  • Management of inventory and event marketing materials, stands in stock room

  • Annual analysis, proposal and sourcing of marketing goodies

  • Coordination and ordering of print materials

  • Support in the tracking and allocation of marketing invoices and orders 

 

 

 

 

Your profile/Who you are ? 

 

  • Graduated from a Master degree in marketing – event – communication – project management

  • At least 5+ years experience in an event management or marketing assistant role in B2B environment (preferably within our sector)

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (PEGA, Marketo) and webinar tools (ON24) is a plus 

  • Proficient in Power point, Excel and English
