Team and context :

The client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client’s environment. Following the client go-live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy.

Client services front office foreign exchange team is responsible of providing expertise to the client and support him on MX.3 platform in the maintenance phase, new implementation and extension phases.
The team is also coordinating with Non Linear Rates product experts to raise the client concerns, align on the recommendations and share the new areas of enhancement.




Your missions/What you'll do ?

You will be mainly focusing on Payoff Analytics and your missions involve: 

  • Daily support of clients having already MX.3 (maintenance phase).

  • Contribute to the new implementations and the extensions of the clients.

  • Provide expertise in coordination with Murex product teams to ensure the best possible design and cleanest solutions.

  • Follow-up training and expertise sharing session aiming at improving and applying Murex best practice.

  • Contributing to the capitalization on the product owned by client services: writing support articles, updating the official documentation.

  • Leading Design sessions with the contribution of a Design Authority

  • Contribute to developing the expertise inside Client Services




Your profile 

  • Engineering degree or Master, with a first experience 

  • Payoff analytics expertise with high focus on exotic models and exotics payoffs on different asset classes

  • Murex software knowledge is a plus (simulation, e-tradepad, CTT, Dynamic tables)

  • SQL and Unix.

  • Client-facing skills and fluent in English.

  • Strong analysis skills.

  • Ability to take initiatives and work in autonomy.
