Your missions :

Part of our talented Recruitment & Mobility Europe Teams you will be part of a growing company where talent acquisition is at the heart of the long term strategy.

You will actively participate in the completion of an ambitious recruitment plan over the coming years and will contribute to enhance internal mobility.


Reporting to a senior talent partner, you will manage on a defined scope the recruitment of permanent profiles (and some non permanent, internships, apprenticeships) mainly for Paris but can also work for other European offices.

In your day to day you will deploy the recruitment strategy co-build with the senior talent partner to realize the hiring plan, and propose ideas to improve it.

You will ensure a regular reporting on your activity and will maintain an overly candidate experience.

Your profile :

Graduated from a master degree (business school, university) in Human Resources you have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment ideally in fintech/software/finance

Your level of English is fluent allowing you adapt yourself to our multicultural and international environment

Driven by challenge and analysis you are able to think out of the box to attract the best talent

Optimist, tenacious and excellent communicator you know how to bring value to the hiring process and favour candidate experience

Team player, you are very well organized and rigorous in your day to day
