Description of the team/department :  

The client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client’s environment. Following the client go-live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy. 

Client services EMEA Trading team is responsible of providing expertise to the client and support him on MX.3 platform in the maintenance phase, new implementation and extension phases. 

The team is also coordinating with Trading product experts to raise the client concerns, align on the recommendations and share the new areas of enhancement. 

Missions :  

You will be mainly focusing on expertise around the activities of our end-users in the Trading domain. Those are split around the following business process: 

• Pricing : valuation of financial products , in real – time , on demand , upon Market Data scenarios 

• Real Time Portfolio Management : ability to monitor financial kpi of the full scope of positions in portfolios of assets. For trader to manage their performance and the risks associated to their portfolio : PnL and Risk, with real time market data and live update of new transaction.  

• Transaction lifecycle : capacity to follow the vast range of market events impacting financial transactions 

• On Demand Reports : Capability to generate reports on financial and non financial data used by regulators. 

Your daily activity will cover:  

• Daily support of clients having already MX.3 (maintenance phase). 

• Contribute to the new implementations and the extensions of the clients. 

• Provide expertise in coordination with Murex product teams to ensure the best possible design and cleanest solutions. 

• Follow-up training and expertise sharing session aiming at improving and applying Murex best practice. 

• Contributing to the capitalization on the product owned by client services: writing support articles, updating the official documentation.  

• Contributing to Trading services community by assisting other consultants on Trading topics. 

Profile :  

Engineering degree or Master, first experience is appreciated  

Financial Engineering knowledge is a plus 

SQL and Unix.  

Python, C++ is a plus.  

Client-facing skills and fluent in English. 

Strong analysis skills. 

Ability to take initiatives and work in autonomy. 

Good communication skills and interactions with others.
