Missions:

 

Solution delivery 

  • Design the solution in accordance with the Solution guidebook​ and/or PAC lead guidelines  

  • Build the solution in accordance with the provided design and methodology​ 

  • Deliver a robust technical solution that answers client requirements 

  • Ensure maintainability, scalability and testability​ 

 

In the context of a project, 

  • Responsible for part of the stream backlog of user requirements and its quality​ 

  • Contribute to the definition of the test coverage on the assigned perimeter and is responsible of its execution 

 

Key project deliverables 

  • Infrastructure – Support client & SI teams on deliverables & project cases  

  • Application deployment – Support client & SI teams on deliverables & project cases  

  • NF testing - NF test execution & NF test report (incl. Maintenance performance) 

 

Production support 

  • Incident management – Case analysis & resolution 

  • Service requests – Case analysis & resolution 

 

Stream execution​ 

  • First point of contact on her/his scope (support specific), Contribute to the assessment of the effort required by a task and whether it can be delivered within the expected timelines 

  • Track issues and deliver (configuration, binary fixes) as agreed with the client, considering CET and product division constraints​ 

  • Push for Product factory fixes (defects) and follow CBR with the Product champions ​ 

  • Identify and raise potential instance quality gap to ensure Integrated Platform sustainability and scalability​​ 

 

Knowledge sharing​ 

  • Support, educate and handover solution the client and SI teams to facilitate their ramp-up 

  • Digitalize production specific knowledge on PAC stream perimeter to the CET and Techteam 

  • Contribute to capitalization based on client knowledge and acquired expertise (business and technical) 

 

Contribution to client/SI relationship development​ 

  • Become a trusted advisor to the client and the SI 

 

Profile : 

  • Master Degree in Engineering  

  • User orientation: priorities on what should be worked on first to satisfy her/his clients​ 

  • Understands the usage, feedback and needs of the customer on her/his scope​ 

  • Rigor, precision, spirit of analysis and synthesis 

  • Excellent written and oral communication 

  • Quality reporting to management, sense of customer relationship 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details 

  • Autonomy, ability to work independently 

  • High sense of teamwork and cross group collaboration 

  • English and French
