Description of the team/department :
Within Murex, and more particularly the Client Services (CS) department, the "Functional Product" department aim to deliver the necessary expertise that supports customers, daily, in the Europe & Middle East geographical area by providing a series of services.
The Client Services ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) team supports the implementation of risk calculation solutions for internal control purposes and the calculation of regulatory charges. The scope includes the calculation of market risk as well as credit risk.
The team also handles following up on existing customers for feature enhancements and following up on issues to provide solutions.
Given the proximity to the different customers, the team is responsible for reporting customer needs to the product development teams to ensure the evolution of solutions that would meet customer needs.
Missions :
You will join an experienced and dynamic Client Services team operating in AGILE mode. This opportunity will allow you to discover the different phases of implementation, extension, evolution, support, and upgrade of the MX.3 system.
This mission will introduce you to and deepen your knowledge of business processes and themes such as:

The pricing of financial products

Market and credit risk management

Understanding of regulations (Ex: FRTB, SA-CCR, bilateral initial margin, etc.) on risk calculation

Validation of P&L calculations and sensitivities
You will be welcomed and supervised upon your arrival by a senior consultant. In close collaboration with functional and technical experts at Murex, you will participate in the following tasks:

Analysis and drafting of customer support needs or cases

Design of solutions and identification of settings to operate on the MX.3 system to meet customer needs

Implementation of solutions and automation of corresponding tests

Participation in feedback and client meetings
Profile :

Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering
-
