What you'll do ? 

Within Client Services (CS) department, our Test Leads take part into implementation of Mx.3 onsite and deal with a lot of internal, external stakeholders. 

The team ensures that a client project meets its delivery quality objectives within time, cost and risks constraints by following the Murex test methodology and processes.

 

 

Your Responsibilities :

 

As a Test Lead, you ensure that client instance meets its quality objectives within time, cost and risks constraints by deploying the instance test execution strategy, in line with the client instance test strategy.

You will : 

  • Contribute to the design of the instance test strategy, and act as a bridge between the test strategy and automation design

  • Be responsible of the design and the execution of the test execution strategy (Questionnaire, Workshop, test mgmt. (data, cases, environments), test campaigns, drop acceptance, validation phase activities, plan and governance…) 

  • Support stakeholders (project team and client/SI) to apply the test execution strategy and the test automation best practices

  • Own the automation test strategy and technical designs

  • Plan and contribute to the Murex test automation tools training and knowledge transfer to Murex project team and client/SI

  • Manage the test stream and onboard new resources on testing for various Murex methodologies

  • Provide sufficient information to stakeholders to support decision making by continuous KPIs’ monitoring and reporting on the test activities progress

 

You will also take part into :

  • build phase activities (follow up on test cases, providing testing best practices, coordination and management of test campaigns... ) 

  • client validation phase activities (playing an advisory role on test and test automation aspects, ensuring early client readiness (test data, test cases, automation, regression tests, SIT/UAT cycles planning, entry/exit criteria, tools and processes...), support the deployment of the test execution strategy on client side (drops deployment, ENV/Config/Incident mgmt., SIT/UAT cycles’ kick-off/closure ceremonies, test progress report, incidents analyses…).

You may need to participate to test-related presales activity (demos, RFPs, Service Offers intro…) and contribute to test and test automation efforts estimation. 

Finally, you contribute to improve the existing (change management) via for instance the evolution of Murex test automation tools roadmap. 

 

 

 

Who you are : 

  • Engineering degree (bachelor or masters) or equivalent

  • Around 5 years of experience in Development/Software Quality/Test

  • Strong MX.3 functional & technical knowledge, and Test automation including tools (MXtest/MTS, Jira/TMS, SQL, XML…)

  • Advanced knowledge of Software Testing practices: Functional testing techniques - Testing types/levels - Analytical testing techniques (Risk based testing…)

  • Co-ordination & communication skills

  • Good understanding of Agile (certification is a plus)

  • Ability to challenge and make evolve MXtest/MTS product strategy: product evolution, industrialization requirements (CBRs); Test strategy of the client instance based on the functional/technical scope, Test aspects part of Murex methodologies: CICD, UaaS, Test Engine…
