The team​:

Based in Mexico, we are part of the Americas Talent Acquisition team. Our mission is to design and deploy interventions that attract, accelerate, engage, and retain top talent for our organization.


What you’ll do​:

You will be responsible for the recruitment cycle and its activities as a member of our TA Department. Additionally, you will develop and execute initiatives to improve employer branding in order to attract top talents to our fast-growing organization. 


Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to effectively source, attract and recruit top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

  • Develop University relationships and build internship programs.

  • Manage early-career recruitment pipelines across our LATAM offices, focusing on candidate management and pipelining. This includes attraction and hiring processes.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to focus on recruiting a diverse workforce and building a robust talent pipeline within the region.

  • Manage the interview and offer process for candidates in LATAM. 

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

  • Help drive global and regional HR-related projects when necessary.


Employer Branding

  • Be a key member in the development of Murex’s employer branding, key messaging, and what it means to be a Murexian for the region.

  • Adapt employer branding speech to local talent to match their expectations and work with the global employer branding team to ensure consistent messaging .

  • Explore new ways to increase Murex's visibility among candidates by developing content and initiatives that help current and potential employees better understand Murex in the Americas region. 

  •  Support the global social media team in their efforts (conduct interviews with employees, film videos...)  

  • Work closely with the Global Employer Branding team to propose the best initiatives and tools.  

  • Create graphic tools (banners, mailings…) following Murex guidelines and ensure local tools are consistent. 

Who you are​:

You have expertise in talent acquisition and an impressive track record of success in early career development or mid-level recruitment.

  • At least 7+ years of relevant end-to-end recruiting experience.

  • Proven track record in early career to mid-level hiring, preferably within the software development/fintech space in a recruitment agency and/or in-house environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively at all levels in a matrix organization. 

  • Experience liaising with local universities, organizing career talks/fairs and promoting company branding in schools will be highly advantageous.

  • Passionate about learning new technologies and tools to improve the recruitment process and branding content
