What you'll do:


Within Marketing Team and reporting to Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overall program management, campaigns including run and reporting.  

  • Liaise with the Events team, Business Units, Sales and internal experts to define marketing campaigns and outbound programs  

  • Manage via Marketo the design, the execution and the follow up of emailing campaigns while respecting costs, deadlines and quality criteria : event / webinar promotional campaigns, global emailing or multichannel campaigns, local campaign themes and lead nurturing messages, mix of integrated lead generation campaign tactics including events, webinars, email, web, social media 

  • Define KPIs, ensure timely and accurate reports and coordinate campaign performance analysis 

  • Contribute to drive traffic to the website and monitor inbound campaigns across the different regions 

  • Make sure campaigns results can be tracked from the Sales CRM. Monitor the quality and completeness of customer data held in databases 

  • Contribute to the development of relations with the third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Your Profile :


  • Graduated by a Master degree (university, business school) in Marketing with at least around 5 years of experience in B2B marketing including campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with good knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, or the like) and Microsoft Office. HTML is a plus
  • Strong personal organization (ability to manage several projects, prioritize and meet deadlines) and proactivity (watch)
  • Analytical skills and comfortable in a data driven work environment
  • Team player, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer focus and motivated by inbound marketing, lead acquisition, contribution to sales.
