As a ServiceNow Admin/Developer with Murex, you will work on the continuous enhancement and support of the ServiceNow platform. You will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support.

 

Your Role

 

  • Develop, design customizations on the ServiceNow
  • Support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure and maintain catalog items and their associated workflows and SLAs
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other internal tools
  • Monitor the health and usage of the ServiceNow platform
  • Assess client's requirements, and product's specifications/features
  • Effectively analyze and solve incidents and problems
  • Assist in building and maintaining technical documentation
  • Perform platform upgrades
  • Working closely with the team and end users to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices

 

Your Profile

 

  • 1-2 years of IT/Development experience 
  • Web development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap, JQuery 
  • RESTful and/or SOAP web services 
  • Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, PowerShell 
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) 
  • Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal in both French and English 
  • A fundamental understanding of ITIL is a plus
  • ServiceNow programming knowledge is a plus
  • Active directory, Azure Acitive Directory and Office365 Graph API knowledge is a plus
