Your Mission


As a member of the Facility Management team, your mission revolves around ensuring proper implementation of cleaning & waste services, overseeing space & employees move in addition to managing office furniture.


Your Responsibilities


  • Ensure proper implementation of cleaning & Waste activities by:
    • Overseeing the cleaning
    • Scheduling cleaning activities and carrying out quality inspections
    • Overseeing the collection and packaging of recyclable waste
  • Handle employees’ move by:
    • Coordinating with concerned stakeholders (IT, employee, managers…) to plan the move
    • Optimizing space usage
    • Overseeing employees move and ensuring execution is aligned with initial plan
    • Following-up with stakeholders, after the move date, to ensure everything is in place and provide support when required
  • Manage company’s office furniture (labeling, inventory…)
  • Ensure proper space set-up of company’s events (trainings, meetings, special events…)
  • Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to ensure the refill of items in storage spaces
  • Perform other related duties as required

Your Profile


  • University degree or equivalent
  • English is a must and French is plus
  • Experience in Hotel management is a plus
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc…)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent Teamwork
