Mission / Main focus Ensure that projects meet their delivery quality objectives within time, cost and risks constraints by following Murex Test methodologies and processes. Contribute to internal streams and projects: Project and test methodologies evolution, MXtest product evolution, Client support on Test management practices


Main activities to be performed

  • Deploys the Murex test methodology on projects
    • Coordinate test related activities within Murex project team (covering definition, design, execution and control).
    • Lead the test management stream and resources. Monitor scope, schedule, and budget of the stream. Monitor and mitigate risks and issues of the stream.
    • Analyzes the project requirements and planning to design Murex test strategy and plan.
    • Contribute to the quality risk identification and analysis throughout the project to ensure sufficient and accurate test coverage.
    • Assesses opportunities and tools for automation; and defines a deployment plan on the project.
    • Coordinates and drives project test campaigns and report on progress and results.
    • Performs handover on the project test deliverables to Client and Murex internal teams
  • Supports and advises the definition of Client global test strategy and plan
  • Plan and contribute to the MXtest training and knowledge transfer to Murex project team and customers.
  • Capitalizes and provides project KPI to enhance the Murex test methodology.
  • Contribute to MXtest product evolution, support best practices elaboration and deployment, proposes and follows on CBRs.
  • Contribute to presale for Test Engineering domain


Interactions / Collaboration

  • Project team (Project Manager, Architects, SMEs): to ensure alignment on, and adhesion to, Murex test strategy.
  • Client support team at Murex: to ensure project handover of test management artifacts.
  • MXtest product team: MXtest product corrective maintenance and evolution.
  • Clients and System Integrator Partners: knowledge transfer and support for test deliverables, test methodology and test execution.



  • Minimum 7Y of professional experience in a similar environment, Client or Vendor side.
  • Cooperation and cross functional leadership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing contributors and team members
  • Experience with DevOps, SaaS, CI/CD is a plus
  • Curiosity and mindset for change management
