Véritable ambassadeur de Murex, vous intervenez selon votre profil en tant qu'expert en projets fonctionnels, techniques ou d'architecture sur les marchés financiers. Vous travaillez en étroites relations avec votre Project Manager, les équipes produits basées à Paris, les différents acteurs Murex investis dans le projet, nos partenaires intégrateurs et le client.
Chaque mission d'une durée de 12 à 18 mois environ se déroule sur un site client de la zone EMEA, avec présence régulière de courte durée à Paris.
The Financial Control Team’s main responsibility is to analyze the functional requirements of the middle and back offices of financial institutions regarding the control of derivative products such as equities, interest rates, credit, FX commodities, and fixed income. As a financial control consultant, you will perform the following duties:
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
BS or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or related field
1-3 years of customer service and support experience or relevant experience
An understanding of the financial markets, methods of calculation, and closing of financial results on a wide range of instruments and recommendations of major international institutions (European Central Bank, Federal Reserve Bank)
Good knowledge of financial derivative products and their lifecycle
A detailed understanding of the middle office (control activity) and the process of calculating results, validation of transactions, confirmations, and management of payments and accounting
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Fluency in Spanish
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience with relevant technical environments (XML, XLS, SQL, Solaris, command-based operating systems)
Experience with all aspects of the development lifecycle

THE ROLE
The Workflow Team’s main responsibility is to focus on technical support for the entire trade life-cycle. This includes all pre and post-trade execution tasks such as business object management and validation, document management and generation, general processing, and distribution. Au sein d'une structure projet sponsorisée par la Direction Générale, vous aurez la responsabilité du suivi d'un projet ou d'un portefeuille de projets stratégiques de développement logiciel.
Votre rôle consistera à déployer des processus et méthodes de gestion de projet en vue de la rationalisation et de l’optimisation de nos pratiques, à garantir le respect des délais de livraison, à organiser le reporting à la Direction et à manager en transversal des ressources multi-sites.
The candidate will work in the Dublin development team, supporting the ‘Murex Limit Controller’ risk management system and working closely with the consultancy team to develop new functionality, rapidly solve problems and enhance existing aspects of the application.
This is an entry level position and it is most suitable for recent graduates who have an outstanding academic record and who are interested in becoming a functional java developer in a client focused business.
The first stage in the selection process is a written technical test covering Programming, Databases, Architecture & Systems, Operating Systems and OOP, Java & XML. You will need to have a good understanding of each section in order to meet the required standard and you should take this into consideration when submitting your application.
This is a graduate entry level position, and as such we are specifically interested in your academic background.
